The Foreign Office Lighting Design has regularly designed lighting for Cartier's Christmas Facades on their flagship boutique on New Bond Street.
In a city famed for its Christmas lights and luxury heritage, Cartier stands out as an unforgettable beacon of sophistication and seasonal magic.
Our sophisticated lighting draws the eye to the iconic red ribbon motif wrapped around the New Bond Street boutique like a perfectly presented gift. Crowned by the Maison’s signature panther illuminated elegantly above the doors, each façade seamlessly blends tradition and opulence, with glowing whimsical charm.
Rather than overwhelming the façade with ornamentation, we used light as the primary material—draped and set with the precision of fine jewellry.
Delicate illumination traced architectural details, while layered lighting added depth and allowed the façade to transform from day to night.

In 2023 they departed from their traditional iconic red ribbon motif and embarked on a festive adventure: A Sparkling Journey Above the Clouds.
